Program Development, MEAL & Reporting

Andi was hired as a consultant after his almost-four-year term of service ended. As a consultant in charge in program development, MEAL and reporting, has successfully assisted the organization in capacity building of program development related to sustainability management and mechanisms. The product in this consultancy are the publication of the book “Guidelines: Integrated Sustainability Reporting for the Philanthropy Sector” along with the writing reports guidelines, as well as digital platform for sustainability reporting for the philanthropy sector.



Sustainability Reporting of Indonesia Banks 2016-2019

October 2020 – July 2020

“Sustainability Reporting of Indonesia Banks” research is a project received by Trisakti Sustainability Center from International Finance Corporation (IFC), member of the World Bank Group, project number 1262134. This research examines the disclosures of sustainable financing information of banks in Indonesia for the reporting period of 2016 until 2019. The analysis used in this research is a mix of quantitative and qualitative methods, and Andi acted as a lead researcher.



Sustainability Reporting of PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk

March 2020 – June 2020

Through Trisakti Sustainability Center, the company was entrusted Andi to be its corporate report writer in sustainability reporting, as he has the certification and various knowledge regarding sustainability standards. The responsibility imposed as a report writer is to assist the company in collecting data, analyzing, and producing sustainability reports that are in accordance with the GRI Standards and POJK 51/2017.



Communication Strategy Development

Dec 2019 – July 2020

The Aliansi Satu Visi (ASV) is an alliance of organizations dedicated to the elimination of sexuality and gender-based violence, and SRHR. In this consultancy process, ASV was entrusted Andi to assist the alliance in developing its communication strategies. The products that were created in this consultancy, including: communication strategy document, guidelines for the use of digital media (social media, websites, etc.), as well as organizational branding guidelines for advocacy and campaigns.



Champion of Change Module Contextualization

October 2019 – December 2019

Plan International Indonesia was hired Andi as a consultant in the development of the “Remaja Pelopor Perubahan” or Youth Pioneer of Change module which was contextualized and translated from the Champion of Change (COC) Module. The ongoing process involved was the development of modules, and capacity building for young people who are the pioneers of change and youth champion in fostering meaningful youth participation in 3 program areas.

Andi was started the position as a program manager until February 2018, since then he was promoted into Program and Communication Manager, the job descriptions are: achieving operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing work plans and action plans; resolving internal and external program and communication problems; completing organizational audits and donor management; identifying trends of non-profit organizations and philanthropic institutions; determining organizational system improvements and implementing change; preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures to meet financial objectives for the project by forecasting the requirements, analyzing variances in programmatic budgeting, and initiating corrective actions for the ongoing project.

He was also taking part as a HR Management Person in the organization, as his last educational background has equipped him with the needed skills.
